  • Consumer Agreement

  • RETURN and EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PURCHASED ITEMS. 

    To return or exchange, you must first, send an email to PaulaGirl requesting a return number.  Secondly, include this number on your return label.  Lastly, please allow up to two weeks for your refund or exchange. 

    Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  Please allow up to two weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, PaulaGirl ONLY ships to the United States.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Please allow upto 3 business days to process instock items, and 5 to 7 business days for mail delivery.  If we can we can not meet standard shipping times, you will be contacted.
